Organic Black Beans (Black Turtle Beans)

Ubiquitous in Latin American dishes from Peruvian to Mexican to Cuban, the Black Turtle Bean has been cultivated in Central and South America for over 8,000 years. Its dark skin provides the highest antioxidants of all beans. An excellent base in a veggie burger, and their firm texture holds up to reheating and stir-fries. Think cumin, oregano, and chilis!
